Today I FINALLY got to do some baking after living in chaos for 2 years!

We are in our new house, and even though we still have some work to do, I decided this morning was THE DAY for cinnamon buns!

I used this recipe Cinnamon Buns and they turned out light and gooey and yummy!

I slathered the rolled out dough with soft butter, added brown sugar, cinnamon and currants (raisins=yuck) then rolled it up and sliced twelve buns.



I buttered and then lined the pan with parchment for less mess and easy removal, then baked them at 375F for about 40 minutes.


They are awesome!



So there you have it! First day of Spring, cinnamon aroma wafting through the house, and sunshine to boot!
